Basalt fiber unidirectional clothBasalt fiber unidirectional cloth is a kind of high-performance basalt fiber, which is woven from a large number of twistless roving in one direction (warp direction), and only a small amount of spinning in the other direction (weft direction), and all the strength is on the fiber cloth in one direction (warp direction).
In some aspects, basalt fiber unidirectional cloth has better comprehensive performance and cost performance than carbon fiber unidirectional cloth.Characteristic:1. High strength: the tensile strength is 2000 ~ 3200MPa, which is 5 ~ 8 times that of ordinary steel2. Light weight and thin thickness: the specific gravity is 2.6g/cm3, which is only 1 / 3 of that of ordinary steel, and the thickness of each layer is 0.1 ~ 0.3mm. The self weight and section size of reinforced members are basically not increased.3.
